How to Modify Your Booking

This guide will talk you through adding extra climbers and rescheduling your climb!
For any other changes to your booking, including reducing numbers or changing locations please scroll to the bottom of the page for more information.

Requirements

Before you start, make sure you have an online account with TreeClimb.
If you’ve already made a booking click here and then follow the below steps to manage your booking.

Creating a New Online Account

When making an online purchase, you'll see two options:

  1. My Account (icon): View your account details and payment method.

  2. My Tickets: Manage your passes and gift cards.

My Account Sign-In

Select My Account to sign in with your email, mobile phone number, or preferred social account. If you don't have an account, select Create an account and follow the instructions.

Once signed in, you can access your account details and saved payment method.

Managing Your Bookings

Here's how you can manage your bookings:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to My Tickets and view your bookings.

  3. Choose a booking and click on View Details.

  4. Click on Edit Booking.

5. Select Reschedule (Note: If you start browsing session times without selecting this, you'll be adding tickets to your booking instead).

6. Choose a new session time.

7. Click Reschedule to confirm your booking.

8. Click Checkout and pay the balance owing (if any)

9. Click Update Booking

Group Bookings (15 or More)

For groups of 15 or more, contact us at info@treeclimb.com.au or call 08 7089 4490. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Changing locations

If you wish to change locations, you’ll need to contact us at info@treeclimb.com.au or call 08 7089 4490. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please note pricing at both TreeClimb locations is different.

Online Self-Booking Modifiers and Rescheduling Notice Period

  • Add Additional Climbers: You can add more members to your group up to 12 hours before the session (if space is available).

  • Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice period is required to reschedule a session without forfeiting it, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
