If you are not able to complete the course because of fear or you change your mind mid-climb, please note tickets are non-refundable.
Only climbers 18 years or older need to sign our safety waiver!
If we can see your last booking is within 3 months, we will fast-track you and anyone else who has recently climbed with us to the demonstration. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to complete the practice course unassisted before accessing a course.
If you arrive late, we will do the best we can to put you in the next available harnessing time. This will unfortunately not extend your climb time (i.e. if you are meant to start at 10:00am to 12:00pm but arrive at 10:30am, you will still finish at 12:00pm)
We disinfect our equipment, including harnesses and helmets daily. You're more than welcome to bring your own hair net and even purchase a TreeClimb hat or wear your own hat underneath your helmet for extra protection!
You should have received a confirmation as soon as you made your booking. Please check your Junk Mail before giving us a call to confirm your email address and resend. You will also receive an email post-climb asking for your invaluable feedback from your experience.
Our Children's Course is designed for much smaller humans between 100-135cm. We encourage parents to follow underneath and provide encouragement from the ground, our staff are on hand if needed to help get them through the course safely.

TreeClimb has been years in the making. The City of Adelaide and the Adelaide Park Lands Authority have been instrumental in guiding and advising us to ensure every environmental consideration has been considered. TreeClimb has been designed to leave no everlasting footprint to the environment. We hope through our Education Trail (in the tree tops and from the ground) and awareness of the environment through participation, we are encouraging a greener way.
Why wouldn’t you want to work with us?! If you’re truly passionate about what we do and can see yourself with our tree logo on your back, keep your eyes out for ads on Seek.com.au
There are 3-hour parks along Unley Road and Greenhill Road which are all Council regulated. Side streets near TreeClimb also have parking available. Be sure to leave with plenty of time to find a park and get to your check-in time without any stress. We strongly encourage public transport, car-pooling or being prepared for a short walk from your car.
We have hot, cold drinks and snack food in our eco hut, as well as comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the views. There are also lots of open grassed areas if you’d like to bring a rug or chair to observe the action.
Age is not an issue! If your child is equal to or greater than 100cm tall and can safely fit into a harness and successfully navigate the practice course they are welcome to participate. However if your child is between 3-5 years old, it may be a much more enjoyable experience for them to make it through the challenging course with guidance from an older sibling or friend. The Grand Course requires a minimum height of 135cm. However, please note if your child is 14 years or under, they will always need a parent or guardian at TreeClimb. Our crew are there to offer training and guidance, however at times there is nothing better than parental support and encouragement even from the ground.
TreeClimb is built upon the value of challenge by choice. Both the Grand and Children’s courses have various levels of difficulty and exertion. For this reason, TreeClimb is not suitable for pregnant women, climbers with heart conditions, high blood pressure or knee, hip, ankle or back problems. Other than that, we encourage climbers of all physical abilities to push themselves and enjoy the tree tops.
Being out in the elements, we do expect occasional bursts of extreme weather. These may include periods of lightning or extremely high winds. If in these extreme events the park may need to be closed for that period. In this instance, if your session is affected, we will offer you an option to reschedule and enjoy your climb once the weather has cleared. You will receive a notification from us prior to your climb in the event of a bad weather forecast. If you do not receive any notification, you may safely assume your climb is going ahead.
Yourself, your adventurous spirit, and your water bottle. We have fresh drinking water available, as well a café for snacks, hot and cold drinks. You can also keep your personal belongings safe in a paid locker ($1 gold coin use) and the option to purchase one of our TreeClimb bags if you want to keep your possessions close.
Closed toe shoes that won’t come off, are mandatory. Comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive and can be worn with a rock climbing harness is vital and please prepare your hair, keeping in mind you’ll be wearing a helmet. We strongly recommend long pants for the zip-line landings. Gloves are available for purchase at the eco hut upon arrive.
Either course requires you to do our brief safety training session, after which time you are free to enjoy the tree tops. For the Children’s Course, the round journey takes 80 minutes and 2 hours for the Grand Course.
Parking is limited on site, so please be aware of staying within the parking bays and avoid parking fines in no stopping zones. 3 hour parking bays are available on Unley Road (city bound).Google Map
