School and OSHC groups

We provide a unique environment for the development of effective learning outside the classroom that will assist your students to develop a range of pro-social behaviors, problem-solving, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

  • Receive lesson plans that are pre and post-learning focused contributing to students learning outcomes for the year aligned with the Australian Curriculum.

  • Suitable for groups of all sizes. Groups of 20 or more climbers will need to be split over multiple start times.

  • Kid’s Course - for children minimum 100cm tall.

  • Grand Course - for adults and young adults minimum 135cm tall.

  • Bring lunch or purchase snacks from our cafe. (We recommend checking availability of items prior to arrival).

Important Information

For groups of 50 + on Grand Course receive $4 off per person.
For group of 50 + on the Kids Course receive $2 off per person.
Please note, the above discounted prices do NOT apply during school holidays and on public holidays.

Please pay careful attention to the heights of climbers when booking groups. Any questions, please feel free to contact our Crew to help you.

  • Kids Course - Children’s admission $32 - $35 per person.

    Grand Course - Student admission
    $38 - $48 per person. (not including gloves).

    Gloves $3.50 each. (mandatory on the Grand course).

  • 80 minutes or 2 hours of scheduled climb time

  • Deposit | A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of making the booking.

    Final numbers and payment | This is due 7 days prior to your climb.

    Neglecting to make payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.

    On the day of your climb | If we have held spaces for climbers and they do not arrive, you will be charged full price for them, unless we are notified at least 48 hours before your booking.

School and OSHC FAQ’S

  • That is not a problem! You can book students across both courses.

    Simply let us the duration you would prefer, either 80 minutes or 2 hours.
    Please make sure you know how many climbers you’ll have for each course. (as close to exact numbers as possible).

    We will then tailor the quote specifically for your group!

  • Your height determines what course is best suited to you. Check out the information on the courses below to find out what adventure is best suited.

    Kids Course | Both Venues.

    For the littlies 100cm or taller, you’ll be booking them on the Kids Course.

    Remember, adults are unable to climb the Kids Course, you’ll be supporting your brave little climbers from the ground.

    Grand Course | Both Venues.

    For our not so little climbers, 135cm or taller, the Grand Course is for you! This Course is perfect for our teens and adults.

    Nets Adventure | Kuitpo Only.

    Out Nets Course is perfect for our littlest adventurers who aren’t quite tall enough for our Kids Course OR for those who want to add a little more to their TreeClimb experience! Recommended but not restricted to ages 2 – 10 years old.

    Children 6 years and under must have an adult on the Nets Course.

    1 adult to a maximum of 2 kids.

    Children 7 years and older are able to climb with an adult present in venue (they do not have to be in the net).

    1 adult to a maximum of 4 kids.

    Family Experience | Kuitpo Only.

    For the experienced Kids Course climbers, not quite tall enough for the Grand Course but ready to give it a go, try out our highly requested Family Experience.

    Specifically designed for adventurous littlies. Children must be at least 125cm and must be climbing with an adult at least 18 years or older.

  • Deposit | A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of making the booking.

    Final numbers and payment | This is due 7 days prior to your climb.

    Neglecting to make payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.

    On the day of your climb | If we have held spaces for climbers and they do not arrive, you will be charged full price for them, unless we are notified at least 48 hours before your booking.

  • Your booked time is your start time.
    You need to be in venue, checking-in at least 20 minutes prior to your start time.

    If you have a large group booked over multiple start times, we ask that you have each group pre-organised when you arrive. This will be super helpful for our crew on arrival and ensures your group gets the most out of their time.

    It is really important you arrive early and prior to your start time. If you are late, we can’t guarantee your time will be extended and it can also interrupt other climbers experiences.

    Please allow extra time for parking and travel time, especially if you’re coming from quite far away.

  • Educators do not NEED to climb, however you definitely can if you would like to.
    Please let us know at time of booking how many educators are expected to climb.

  • Brilliant!
    Group sizes of 15 and under are more than welcome to book online.
    We would love a courtesy email informing us of the following information.

    - Date and time booked.
    - The booking name/ school/ Uni/ business name.
    - Any extra information you’d like to share. Are you ordering food on the day? Are you bringing your own food, drinks? Will there be any decorations, presentations etc. before or after your climb?
